Although my doctor reassured me my hormones wouldn’t be affected because my ovaries were left intact, within weeks I was struggling with brain fog, sleepless nights, weight gain and skin issues. When bloodwork confirmed I was post-menopausal, I felt lost and frustrated — like no one had prepared me for this.

As an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience in adult rehabilitation, I decided to take my wellbeing into my own hands. I researched everything I could about menopause, began hormone therapy, and made powerful lifestyle changes that completely transformed how I felt.

Now, as a Certified Menopause Coach with over 200 hours of specialist training, I help women navigate menopause with confidence and clarity.
